Rate of Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
15 hour work per week minimum (Limited service times available Saturday and Sunday)
Stable high-speed Internet connection with minimum of 3 mbps download speed and 2.0 mbps upload speed
POTS (plain old telephone service), cable telephony, digital service, or business class VoIP.
Noise cancelling headset.

Monday - Friday
9:00am – 11:00am
6:00pm – 8:00pm

What to Expect
Interact with users via phone, responding to customer service questions and/or renewal questions.
Research, analyze and determine an appropriate course of action for Client’s customers; recommend additional services and add-ons as applicable.
Articulate how to use the Client’s software product accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries on the first contact.
Provide quality customer service while demonstrating the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve inquires.
Offer analytical and organized resolutions and find a sense of enjoyment in troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
